Policy for Alterations,
Sales & Service
Rush Fee: A rush fee of 20% may be added to any alterations or services to accommodate expedited service. A rush order is any order needed earlier than normal anticipated delivery time. Customer will be notified if this fee applies.
Estimates: Can be given upon request. These are only an estimate. If you have a monetary threshold, please indicate this at the time of drop off. Any estimate over $100, a deposit of 50% down will be requested. All custom ordered parts or materials, need to be paid in full at the time of order.
Dropbox Alterations: All alterations MUST include your contact information in the bag. Clearly notate services needed. Leave them hooked on the white Dropbox to the right my front door. Items left without contact info will not be altered until client contact has been made. After 90 days, they are considered an "Abandoned Item".
Abandoned Items: Any items not picked up after 90 days of Evergreen Alterations attempting to contact customer for pickup, will be considered abandoned. Multiple attempts to contact will be made. However, the customer will ultimately be responsible to contact Evergreen Alterations to arrange pickup prior to 90 days.
Unfortunately, policies are created from experience.
