Customers are responsible for providing Evergreen Alterations (EA) with the item(s) to be embroidered, along with the desired embroidery location and any other customization details. EA will make every effort to accommodate all requests. If we have any questions or determine that embroidery cannot be completed in the requested area, we will contact you as soon as possible.
While uncommon, please note that custom embroidery does carry certain risks. Items may occasionally be damaged during the embroidery process, or hooping issues may result in imperfect stitch-outs. EA takes great care to prevent these issues, but they can occur. By submitting items for embroidery, the customer acknowledges these risks and agrees not to hold EA liable for any damage. EA, in turn, pledges to always do our very best to ensure your satisfaction.
